“Bliss delivered an incredibly impactful two-part program for our team that was both timely and deeply relevant. She thoughtfully tailored each session to meet our specific needs as we prepare for a season of operational change and departmental restructuring. The first session helped each team member gain clarity on their individual strengths, while the second created a meaningful space for us to explore how we function as a collective—emphasizing the value each person brings and how to support one another through change. The activities were engaging, the conversation prompts sparked honest reflection, and the tools she introduced will continue to serve us as we navigate transition together. Bliss has a gift for designing strengths-based experiences that truly meet teams where they are. We are grateful for her guidance and highly recommend her to any team preparing for growth or change!”

Strength-Based Team Coaching Services
Strength-based team coaching focuses on identifying, developing, and leveraging a team’s natural talents and capabilities. Rather than fixating on addressing weaknesses, this coaching methodology capitalizes on what team members already do well, creating a positive foundation for growth and excellence.
Strength-based team coaching programs operate on the idea that people and teams perform at their best when they understand and apply their natural strengths. By focusing on what works rather than what’s broken, we create sustainable change and enhanced performance through the principles of positive psychology.
Strength-based programs are designed to meet your organization’s needs based on the challenges your organization and staff are facing. Programs usually include:
- Individual strengths assessments (using CliftonStrengths)
- One-on-one coaching sessions – to explore personal strengths profiles or small group assessment debriefs to personalize the application strategies, action planning for individual contribution optimization, and support of integrating strengths into daily work.
- Team workshops – to build the collective team’s strengths awareness, complementary strengths recognition exercises, clarify the team’s identity and purpose, and discuss collaborative workflow processes based on strength distribution.
- Leadership development – to learn leadership principles, coaching skills for team leaders, strategic strengths execution guidance, and tools for strengths-based performance conversations.
- Implementation and sustainability – regular check-ins to see how implementation is going, ongoing coaching on how to adjust, enhance, and maintain a strengths-based culture.
